Mercado Original Painting 18x24

One of my earlier paintings, this was inspired by a trip to Italy and a brief interaction with a woman working at a small market. She had a peaceful, faraway look that left me wondering if she was imagining herself elsewhere or remembering another time.

The painting is a loose interpretation of her and has remained in my personal collection until recently. The sides are painted and could be hung as is or framed.

The piece is 18"x24" (45x60cm), .75" deep, acrylic on canvas. Signed lower right. Ready to hang. Painting will be packed by artist and shipped free to customer.
