How do I know these are limited edition prints?

Once you have received your print, I will issue a Certificate of Authenticity, providing a link to you for download. The COA provides piece details, edition number, total run, and an authentication number. I encourage customers to save and print in case they ever want to sell or gift the piece.

 

How much can I expect to pay for shipping?

We use flat rate shipping for all our print products. To find out how much shipping will be, just put items in your cart and go to checkout. Once in checkout, fill out your shipping address and it will calculate the shipping rate. You can always cancel out if you're not ready to buy.

 

How long to ship on your prints?

Each order is sent direct to our print partners. Because of current production overhead, orders typically take 1-3 days until they are ready to ship and then will take 2-4 days to get to you depending on your location. You will receive an email when the product has shipped and will be proved a link to track your shipment.

 

I received a defective product - what is your replacement policy?

Contact us at orders@smtart.com within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will get a replacement ordered for you right away. Please be advised that we print on demand so normal production/shipping times will apply.

 

What is your return policy?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at orders@smtart.com within 72 hours and we will work with you to correct the problem, initiating a return or replacement as required.
